Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) Policy
Effective date: September 23, 2025
GetClients Marketing Group LLC (“GetClients,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the GetMortgageMatch platform (the “Platform”). For Do-Not-Call (DNC) inquiries, contact [email protected]
At GetClients, we respect your communication preferences. This Do‑Not‑Call ("DNC") Policy explains how we honor federal and state telemarketing laws—including the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)—and how you can ask us to stop telephone calls or text messages.
Scope
This Policy applies to telephone calls and SMS/text messages we place to U.S. consumers about mortgage‑related options offered through our Platform. It also applies to calls or texts sent by vendors and service providers acting on our behalf. It does not apply to communications from independent lenders or brokers after we have shared your information at your request—those parties have their own policies.
Our DNC commitments
We maintain an internal Do‑Not‑Call list and honor all opt‑out requests. We will: (a) record your DNC request with your name/number and the date received; (b) suppress your number from future marketing calls and texts within a reasonable period (typically within 10 business days); and (c) retain your opt‑out for at least five (5) years, or longer if required by law. We also scrub our calling/texting lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state DNC lists, and we do not make marketing calls to numbers on those lists unless an exception applies (for example, express written consent or a valid existing business relationship). We train our team and require vendors to comply with this Policy.
Calling and texting practices
We identify ourselves in calls and texts and provide a contact method. We limit marketing calls/texts to 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. local time of the called party, and we strive to avoid excessive or repetitive outreach. If you ask us to stop during a call or by replying STOP to a text, we will promptly honor your request. For texts, message and data rates may apply; reply HELP for help.
Consent and revocation
Where required, we obtain prior express written consent to place telemarketing calls or send marketing texts using an autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by telling the caller, emailing us, or replying STOP to a text. Revoking consent does not affect prior communications made before we processed your request. We keep records of consent and opt‑outs (e.g., timestamp, IP address, disclosure text, source page URL) and may use consent‑verification tools to document your opt‑in.
How to make a Do‑Not‑Call request
You can request that we stop calls or texts by replying STOP to any message from us, by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Do-Not-Call Request” (include your name and the phone number(s) to suppress), or—if available—by using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer and indicating you wish to be added to our Do-Not-Call list.
Vendors and partners
We contractually require vendors that place calls or texts on our behalf to comply with the TSR, TCPA, applicable state laws, carrier rules, and this Policy, including honoring our DNC list. When we share your information with a lender or broker at your request, that party is responsible for honoring its own DNC obligations.
Complaints and questions
If you believe you received a call or text from us after submitting a DNC request, or if you have questions about this Policy, contact us at [email protected]. We investigate all complaints and take corrective action where appropriate.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date above shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be posted on our Sites.
